the yellow-grey elliptical by precor has freemotion beat. i don’t know the name of the precor but it is at my gym and at 24hr fitness gyms.
freemotion looks okay but the “range of movement” is restricted to length of stride, seems to me, and it looks more like a stairclimber on steroids(cybex has one). the precor has all that PLUS variance in stride TYPE, ie it goes from up/down like a stairmaster to a full running stride.
i don’t see freemotion having a stairclimbing motion
i have the 5.6its excellent enough
i dont have to run outside i can work out n house anytime i want its really cool
