Champion mesh shorts are ideal for summer wear as they help control the heat. They are very light consequence, and the air holes make them fantastic for work outs. Also excellent after a workout, sometimes I have distress cooling down, and shortly after exercise, if the day is warm, my body tends to heat up again.
These shorts allow no heat build-up, so they are very comfortable when exercising.
When I get really warm, I place these on and quickly be converted into more comfortable. The main flaw in these small is a lack of pockets. Personally, I like pockets for holding tissues, keys, and my wallet with ID card. Since I am powerless to find excellent mesh shorts with excellent pockets, I will accept these.
These small are simple to launder and really help, so I may order a further pair.
