    I use it for 30mins a day as thats how long the course is for the weightloss one, Obviously i have lost more consequence since my 1st comment :)

    how do you keep track of distance on the machine, is it in miles? my machine has a number for distance, but it increase too quickly that I reckon it must not be in miles

    This is the main machine i use at the gym … ours has handles that go aswel , so far its help me burn off 12lbs in 5 weeks, for me that is a huge step!
