    well, it depends on what you wanna accomplish : build your muscles or have a stroke, because the egg’s white contains protein from which muscles are built, while the yellow contains stout which block your arteries

    the side crunches he shows..side dips(basially hold a dumbell in one hand and lean to the side and lift up,do on both sides) thers loads

    tis naiice, but the one where u are sat on the seat will probably give u a terrible back quite quickly, still. i shall give it a try just to develop my abs more (they show, just i havent “gym’d” in months :/ )
